Memoria Moulds follows a strict no-return policy due to the handmade and customized nature of products.
Returns Accepted Only If
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Incorrect customization sent
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized orders
- Personalized gifts
- Corporate gifting orders
- Wedding or event return gifts
- Change of mind purchases
Transit Damage Disclaimer
Memoria Moulds is not responsible for damage caused during courier transit.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing starts.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days via the original payment method.
